Shipping policy

All orders placed through the Covenant Bookstore website after 12:00pm CST will be processed for shipping on the next business day.  Any orders that contain print-on-demand materials can take an additional 1-2 business days to process.  If there is an issue with item availability, or an extended backorder, our team will reach out to the email address provided with the order as soon as possible to inform the customer and adjust the delivery expectations.

Delivery estimates provided during checkout are estimates based off of carrier expectations, and are not effective until an order has been fully processed and shipped out.  These timelines are merely estimates, not guarantees, though we will do all that we can to have orders sent out as quickly as possible.

Once an item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund an order until the item has been returned or received. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about shipping and item availability.
